Contact Bluewake Cruises

One inbox, one or two business days, and the four details that decide whether a cruise question can be answered properly the first time.

Mail to Bluewake Cruises reaches one shared inbox at hello@bluewakecruises.com, and a person answers within two business days, faster in the week before a departure. Say in the first line whether this is a new sailing, a change to something already booked, or a question about an article.

What to include

  • Dates you can move and dates you cannot.
  • Which port you would sail from, and how many cabins you need.
  • The one thing the trip must deliver: an anniversary, a family reunion, a week of doing nothing.
  • Budget per person, or the range you are working inside.

For a group block, add headcount, cabin mix and who signs off changes. For a correction to something published here, name the page and the line; those go into the queue ahead of everything else.

Before you write

How quotes are built and what gets checked are set out on the About page, and the Start Here page lists the articles worth reading before the first call. If you already know the shape of the sailing, send it as four bullet points; a short brief gets a useful reply faster than a long story.

Group enquiries work the same way: dates, cabins, cap per head. The sequence that holds up is described in group cruise planning from deposit to sail date.

After the first message

Expect one of two answers: the one you asked for, or a note coming back for the cabin mix, the dates or the budget range it still needs. If the sailing is worth quoting, what follows is a fare sheet built the way the About page describes it, with the total written down before anything is held. Holding a cabin is a separate step agreed afterwards, so a first message commits you to nothing.
